About: Georgina is a RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer based in Bell Ingram’s Aberdeen office, working across the North East of Scotland. She specialises in all aspects of rural land management, supporting a broad range of clients. A graduate of the University of Glasgow/SRUC with a First-Class Honours degree in Rural Business Management, Georgina is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).

Georgina brings hands-on experience in estate management, rural valuations, and property mapping, along with strong planning and communication skills. During her studies, she was awarded the William J Ferguson Quaich for best fourth-year student, the George Robertson Prize for highest grade in a RICS-accredited course, and the Texel Sheep Society Educational Award for her dissertation on sheep farming.
