About: Grace is a member of Bell Ingram’s Kendal team, supporting clients across Cumbria with a focus on the utilities and renewables sectors. Having just completed her RICS-accredited BSc Real Estate degree at Northumbria University, she is now working towards her goal of becoming a chartered surveyor. Grace brings a strong work ethic, a keen interest in repurposing historic buildings, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
