About: Freddy is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with experience across rural estate management, landlord and tenant matters and utilities and infrastructure projects, Freddy works with a wide range of rural property owners and occupiers. Before joining Bell Ingram, he completed a degree apprenticeship in Real Estate Management before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor. He later worked as a Land Agent with North West Auctions.

Freddy has experience in managing diverse rural property portfolios, negotiating leases and compensation claims, providing valuation advice and representing landowners affected by infrastructure schemes. He also brings detailed knowledge of Cumbria and the surrounding area.
