About: Hollie is a Graduate Surveyor based in Bell Ingram's Ayr office, gaining experience across rural property, valuation, estate management and utilities as she works towards Chartered Surveyor status through the APC. She graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Surveying. As part of her studies, Hollie was awarded Merit for her dissertation, An Investigation into Key Factors Affecting Agricultural Land Values in Ayrshire, Scotland, recognising the high standard of her research into the rural property market.

Outside of work, Hollie has an impressive sporting background. She was selected to represent Scotland in Mounted Games at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in 2019, where she had the honour of performing in front of the late Queen. She is also an active member of Biggar Young Farmers Club, taking part in a wide range of social activities and competitions at club, district and national level, including speechmaking, handicrafts and tug of war.
