About: Julia is an AssocRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor and Registered Valuer based in Bell Ingram’s Perth office, specialising in estate and facilities management for private, corporate and public sector clients across Scotland. She has experience in all aspects of estate and farm management, including the management of rural estates and agricultural holdings, residential property management, rent negotiations and landlord and tenant matters. Julia also advises on facilities management projects, helping clients maximise the value and performance of their property assets. Julia joined Bell Ingram in 2022 after graduating from SRUC Aberdeen with an Honours Degree in Rural Business Management. Having successfully completed her professional assessment, she now holds the globally recognised AssocRICS designation, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and technical competence within the surveying profession.
