About: Malcolm is a Consultant Partner with Bell Ingram, based in the Forfar office. He has extensive experience in farm and estate management, including the provision of agricultural rental advice and acting as an expert witness. He is the immediate past Chairman of RICS in Scotland and remains actively involved with the Institution. Malcolm has also previously led the firm’s lettings service, bringing a depth of knowledge across rural property and tenancy matters. With a long-standing career in the rural sector, Malcolm continues to provide strategic advice to clients across a wide range of estate and land management matters.
