About: Based in our Perth office, Richard is Bell Ingram's Farm Management Consultant, a professional advisor who works throughout the organisation to provide farmers and landowners with strategic support and knowledgeable advice. Richard, who joined Bell Ingram in 2025, holds degrees in Sustainable Land Management and Business Management from the Universities of Cumbria and the Highlands and Islands. With a passion for sustainability and conservation Richard, in addition to working at Bell Ingram, operates his own rare and native goat conservation farm with a focus on goat breeds that are in danger of going extinct.

Interests: Managing rural farms and land, assisting customers in maximising farming efficiency, maximising profits, and successfully accomplishing their corporate objectives.
