A Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, she has extensive experience acting on behalf of private clients in the management of rural estates and farming enterprises.

Her expertise spans landlord and tenant matters, RICS Red Book valuations, compensation claims, and the delivery of utility and infrastructure projects. Gillian also has strong experience in agricultural policy and compliance, supporting clients with agri-environment schemes, diversification projects, and planning applications for rural development.

Known for her proactive and personable approach, Gillian works closely with clients to provide practical, tailored advice, helping to maximise the value and long-term sustainability of their land and property assets.
