About: Simon Hetherington is the Partner in charge of Bell Ingram’s Morpeth office, bringing over 25 years of experience as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor. He specialises in the management of complex property portfolios across the commercial, agricultural, residential, and infrastructure sectors for a wide range of public, private, and corporate clients.

Simon’s expertise spans strategic estate planning, acquisitions and disposals, project management, development consultancy, and rural asset optimisation. Prior to joining Bell Ingram, he held senior roles at National Highways and led his own consultancy, delivering high-value infrastructure projects and estate rationalisation strategies across the UK.

With a strong technical background and a practical, client-focused approach, Simon is committed to providing tailored solutions that support the long-term value and sustainability of rural and mixed property assets.
