About: Stephanie is a surveyor within Bell Ingram's Utilities and Renewables team, specialising in land access and compensation matters for utility providers. She is largely involved in negotiating wayleaves, servitudes, land acquisitions, referencing cable and pipeline routes, and managing compensation agreements with landowners and occupiers.

Before joining Bell Ingram, Stephanie worked as a rural surveyor for a well-known international property services company and ran her own farm and estate mapping business, further developing her expertise in rural land management and GIS mapping.
