About: Will is a Chartered Surveyor in Bell Ingram’s Northwich utilities team, supporting a diverse range of clients across the utilities and renewables sectors. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has built extensive experience in rural land management, with a focus on access negotiations, estate management, land referencing, and compensation claims.

He has acted as lead surveyor on major infrastructure projects involving overhead line upgrades and provides ongoing estate management for operational and industrial land portfolios. His work also includes identifying and assessing potential development sites for emerging energy technologies, as well as advising on statutory access rights and compensation matters.

Will holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from University College of Estate Management and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
