Congratulations to Our New AssocRICS Professionals
Bell Ingram is delighted to congratulate surveyors Julia McKinlay and Catherine Blair on successfully passing their assessments to become RICS Associate Professionals.
The globally recognised AssocRICS designation, awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is a mark of professional excellence, integrity and technical competence, demonstrating the high standards expected of property and land professionals worldwide.
Based in Bell Ingram’s Perth office, Julia specialises in estate and facilities management for private, corporate and public sector clients across Scotland. Her work includes estate and farm management, residential property management, rent negotiations and landlord and tenant matters.

She specialises in supporting major infrastructure projects, advising on land referencing, wayleave and servitude negotiations, compensation claims, and the acquisition of land and access rights.
Their success reflects Bell Ingram’s ongoing commitment to professional development and ensuring clients continue to receive expert advice from highly qualified professionals.
Managing Partner Mark Mitchell said: “Congratulations to Julia and Catherine on achieving AssocRICS status.
