Situated in a secluded location above the picturesque coastal town of Tobermory, Glac-Na-Ceardaich offers buyers an opportunity to acquire a delightful extended four-bedroom cottage.

The property is entered from the front elevation via a stepped approach leading to the main entrance, which opens into a welcoming and practical boot room. A glazed door leads through to a combined kitchen and dining room, forming the heart of the home and part of the original structure, benefitting from characterful thick walls.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of white wall and floor cabinets, complemented by solid granite worktops and incorporating a 1½ bowl ceramic sink. It is designed to accommodate freestanding appliances, including a cooker and fridge freezer. The dining area is centred around an impressive large table—set above a slate bed snooker table—which comfortably seats up to ten.

To the left of the dining space is a versatile room currently used as a home office or study, which could be easily reconfigured to become a bedroom, enjoying pleasant views to the front. A short flight of steps leads up from the kitchen to a useful utility area housing the laundry appliances, with a further step rising into a generous hallway positioned to the rear of the property.

This area connects to a corridor running behind the principal living spaces including the sitting room and adjacent lounge, both located to the front of the property, and the family bathroom.

From the rear corridor, two double bedrooms are accessed, each with views out to the rear garden. A shower room fitted with a cubicle shower, is accessed from the rear hallway.

A wooden staircase rises to a mezzanine level where the principal bedroom is situated. This space extends into a dressing area created by the use of fabric partitioning, while two further steps lead to a studio currently used for arts and glassmaking. The principal bedroom benefits from two large windows overlooking the rear garden. Additional steps lead up to an attic area, providing valuable storage.

Externally, the property is of traditional harled stone construction under a slate roof, with the extension understood to be of block/brick construction. Adjacent to the main house, a double garage has been repurposed as a glassmaking studio, and a further shed is located within the grounds.

Set within approximately 1.34 acres of beautifully wooded, private grounds, this enchanting property is accessed by a shared track from Raeric Road, providing a peaceful and secluded setting.
